THE MYSTERY OF THE YELLOW DRAGON, a book of adventures and baking!

The book in detail: A4 format, hardcover, 56 pages, paper 150gsm. Thanks to your unwavering support, to word of mouth and to our globe-trotting pastry chefs, this first volume has traveled to different countries and continents (France, USA, Russia, Greece, Spain, Switzerland, Africa...) and has won over a large number of children. It is therefore time to propose a follow-up to this gourmet adventure! What do you think ? This time, no trip around the world. But a great adventure in China, discovering fabulous regions that we had the chance to visit! For this second volume, I created the 7 recipes by drawing inspiration from Chinese specialties and giving them a little western taste. The recipes are adapted to be made by children alone or with 4 hands. You won't find these recipes in any other book! They are unique and I imagined them for your pastry apprentices. Who is behind this foodies project? Me, Camille Mallet. Mom, pastry chef (recipes blog In love with a Lemon Tart) and full-time storyteller! I admit that this first experience with A Cooking Journey gave me the virus of writing! Even though we haven't lived in Shanghai since (now heading to sunny California), I wanted to write this book to highlight the beauty of this country,China, who welcomed us during these 4 years. As for the first volume, I put all my love into writing this story. My children having grown up, I added a dimension of puzzles and a Lost and Found game (they love it and me too ;)). And for this new gourmet adventure, I am sure that its colorful and imaginary universe will appeal to young and old alike.
