WHO ARE WE? Three generations ago, vegetarianism was established in our family, deeply convinced of the quality-life of our choice and the relevance of its preference for products from natural agriculture! Introduced to cooking by her own mother, a fine cordon bleu, the adventure began many years ago with my grandmother, who during her first trip to Asia, discovered Indian vegetarian cuisine. The talent being transmitted, my mother after learning from her, continued her culinary exploration during her travels around the world. It's been three generations that Keilman Kitchen, our family business, has been developing and producing vegetarian and vegan recipes from around the world. Over time and through the encounter of cultures, people, tastes and ingredients, Keilman Kitchen has developed a curious, rich and authentic cuisine. From India to Israel, France to Sahara, Thailand to London, our family has brought back from their travels in the land of flavors a culinary imagination always signed with their personal touch. After many years of learning and developing recipes, it's our turn to my brother and I to take the reins and add our creative touch. WHAT SERVICES WILL WE PROVIDE? -Completely homemade and seasonal dishes 5 days a week with gluten-free and sugar-free alternatives. -All-vegetable pastries, cakes and other delicacies. -Traditional products revisited. -Catering services for your special events (birthdays, weddings, etc.) -Cooking lessons. -Workshops to better understand how to eat when meat is removed from a diet. WHO IS BEHIND KEILMAN KITCHEN? WHEN IS THE PROJECT SCHEDULED FOR? Very soo, as the project is planned for 2022. We have been working for several months on the development of the different menus and have finally found a place in the city center of Dijon. If money is a necessity, our primary intention focuses on the research and development of flavors and taste and the happiness of your taste buds!
