Paris Vegan Restaurant Guide
<p>Hi! I'm Franck, 23 years old. I'm studying architecture and come from Paris.</p><p><img alt="" width="100%" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/529009/prof_pic-1530113260.jpg" /><br />Lately, I've been working hard to create the Paris Vegan Restaurant Guide.<br />I was motivated by the idea of:<br /><br />-Promoting the richness and diversity of those alternative enterprises,<br />-Simplifying the research with a clear and methodical use of categories, icons alongside the map.<br />-Encouraging people who wish to go for a plant-based diet, whether it is about animals’ rights, their own health or the environment.</p><p><img alt="" width="100%" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/529010/cover_light-1529712335-1530113280.jpg" /><br />The <em>Paris Vegan Restaurant Guide</em> selects 38 excellent addresses. 35 of these have a 100% plant-based menu. Those restaurants are categorized in 6 themes:<br />-World Food<br />-Fast-food<br />-French Cuisine<br />-Healthy<br />-Creative<br />-Sweets</p><p><img alt="" width="100%" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/529011/List_light-1529712618-1530113297.JPG" /></p><p>For every restaurant you’ll find a preview of its culinary offering and atmosphere. The logos indicate if the production chain is organic and/or seasonal & local; if the meals are home-made, if they have significant raw or gluten-free options, and if they have take-away options.<br />You’ll also find practical information: price, address, opening hours, telephone.</p><p><img alt="" width="100%" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/529012/Paris_Vegan_Resto_Map_list_zoom_3-1529712807-1530113330.JPG" /></p><p>Last, numbered indicators will make it easy to locate the restaurants on Paris map.</p><p><img alt="" width="100%" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/529013/carte-1526414077-1530113348.JPG" /></p>
Allocation of funds
<p>The fundraising goal is 350 euros. I will be the one collecting the full amount. All the money will be used for the printing of the leaflet prototype in 500 copies.<br /><br />Each contributor receives one or several leaflets. For every euro of donation you get 1 booklet. Every 4€, you get an extra booklet - so five booklets in total. So for instance, 8€ = 10 booklets.</p><p>The brochure is A2 size when open. It will be printed double sided, full color, 80g/m2, on recycled paper as a consideration to the environment.<br /><br />When the fundraising is done, I will order the printing in mid-July 2018 to receive the 500 copies by the end of July.<br />The leaflets will then be available to anyone who contributed financially in the Supermarket “Un Monde Vegan” (address: 64, rue Notre Dame de Nazareth, Paris). The employees of the store will have a list with the names of the contributors and the number of leaflets they should receive.</p><p><img alt="" width="100%" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/529014/magasin-un-monde-vegan-paris-1528671816-1530113367.jpg" /><br />The leftover leaflets will help me to promote the project to possible investors, that could take charge of future printing and distribution of the guide.</p>
