Antoine Boyer - 2 New Albums

It’s been four years since the release of my last album, and this year, I’m happy to come back with two new albums! The solo album - Everything Moves The first is my solo album, "Everything Moves". It’s a 9-track album, and each track was recorded live, not just as audio but as a live video performance. Each video captures me playing on a different guitar—classical, folk, gypsy, and archtop— it’s a blend of new compositions and covers that I like to explore my own way. The video aspect is central to this project, I really wanted each performance to be filmed in real time, capturing the raw energy and atmosphere of the moment. It was recorded in July at my friend Hubert’s house, who is not only a great videographer but a true collaborator on this project. The idea was to record each track in a different corner of the house, using varied lighting and ambiances to perfectly match the mood of each song. So, more than just a solo album, I’d say it’s a duet with Hubert. We spent an intense week together, working through nights—sometimes recording until dawn. His energy and dedication were incredible, and I’m so grateful for everything he brought to this project. I can’t wait for you to see the result! The album is recorded and mastered, but we still need to print it and make it a real object. The album will be released as 9 singles with their live videos on Youtube, first single is coming out very soon, please stay tuned for this! The duet album - You and I The second album is our first duet project with my wife Yeore Kim, titled "You and I". We’ll be recording it in November, both in studio and in our concert in Paris on November 28th at Le Son de la Terre. This place is an amazing concert venue located on a boat on the Seine, right in the heart of Paris. Come see us ! There are still some tickets left at the time of writing those lines. Just like the first album, all of these performances will be filmed live. This album is a blend of original compositions and reimagined standards and songs, each piece shaped to feel as close and personal to us as possible, while always keeping a fresh and intimate vibe. For me, playing in duet with Yeore has always been a great creative laboratory—exploring new ways to accompany a melody and experimenting with different approaches. Both albums are scheduled for a release at the very beginning of 2025. Both albums are fully self-produced, and as you can imagine, that comes with many costs. That’s why we’ve launched a crowdfunding campaign—to help cover these expenses and ensure we can send you physical copies of the albums.
