Atomic Future présente Les Prédateurs du futur en vinyl et en CD

While we're waiting to go on with our Atomic Future blu-ray collection, we're pleased to offer you, in association with Italian label Beat Records, the vinyl and CD of the soundtrack to Ruggero Deodato's I Predatori di Atlantide / Raiders from Atlantis (1983). Composed by Guido and Maurizio de Angelis, this soundtrack, as cult as the movie itself, is at the pinnacle of Italian electro from the early '80s, as the score they also composed for 2019 After the Fall of New York (1983). Never released beafore, this soundtrack is presented to you in two collector's vinyl and CD editions, both limited to 500 copies. Don't miss it! And to celebrate this release, we've reprinted the out-of-print films from the Atomic Future collection on blu-ray: Ruggero Deodato's Raider of Atlantis (1983), of course, but also Lucio Fulci's Warriors of the Year 2072 (1984), Joe d'Amato's Engdame Bronx Lotta Finale (1983), Giuliano Carmineo's Exterminators of the Year 3000 (1983) and Sergio Martino's Hands of Steel (1986). Time to complete your collection! It's already been four years since we took you on our post-apocalyptic journey, with Giuliano Carmineo's The Exterminators of the Year 3000 (1983) and Sergio Martino's Hands of Steel (1986) on blu-ray. Then came Lucio Fulci's and 2072 Mercenaries of the Future (1984) and Ruggero Deodato's Raiders of Atlantis (193), followed by Joe D'Amato's Endgame (1983) and Enzo G. Castellari's Bronx Warriors/New Barbarians trilogy. As we've already told you, the collection isn't finished. We still need to release two films to celebrate the genre, for better or for worse. Once that's done, we can bring the collection to a closure, with the convinction that we will have fullfilled our post-apocalyptic duties. But when Beat Records, an Italian label specializing in film soundtracks, asked us to work with them on the release of Guido and Maurizio de Angelis' score for Raiders of Atlantis, how could we resist? The result is a magnificent vinyl and a no less beautiful CD, both in collector's editions limited to 500 copies. This soundtrack, as cult and terribly heady as it may be, remained unreleased until now. Collectors are familiar with the existence of a "Black Inferno" 7' record, but it's only now that all the tracks have been restored and remastered, to bring you all the electronic sounds typical of the era, bearing the signature of the De Angelis brothers, who are also responsible for the soundtracks to 2019 After the Fall of New York, Keoma, Slave of the Cannibal God and numerous films by the Bud Spencer and Terence Hill duo. A cult score that fans of the duo, also known as "Oliver Onions", have been waiting for many years. Their patience is finally rewarded, with, at choice, of a magnificent 180g blue vinyl with white veining, designed by Daniele De Gemini and featuring Renato Casaro's legendary artwork on its cover, or a crystal-case CD, also designed by Daniele De Gemini, including liner notes by eclectic music critic Fabio Babini. Vinyl and CD mastering are handled by Enrico De Gemini. The discs are currently being finalized at Beat Records, and will be delivered to you at the beginning of December, along with your counterparties. Let's talk about the rewards! On the music front, you can order both the soundtracks to I Predatori di Atlantide / Raiders of Atlantis and Endgame Bronx Lotta Finale (composed by Carlo Maria Cordio), on vinyl and CD. The two-vinyl bundle is at only €50, and the two-CD bundle at only €25, shipping excluded. The Endgame Bronx Lotta Finale score has been completely remastered by David Hachour (Colorsound Studio) on 180g vinyl pressed in France, in a gatefold with the iconic artwork on the front, and the alternative art by Renato Casaro on the back. And as a gift, 8 vintage lobby cards from the film. The jewel case CD also reproduces the iconic film poster. We also have a few copies left for I Guerrieri dell'anno 2072 / Warriors of the Year 2072 soundtrack, released by Mondo Records, and even our very last vinyls of the Vendetta dal Futuro/ Hands of Steel score, released by Rustblade. And now we're back with a single blu-ray edition of Sergio Martino's Vendetta dal Futuro/ Hands of Steel (1986) and Giuliano Carmineo's Exterminators of the Year 3000 (1983), out of print in the blu-ray/DVD combo version. We've had many requests from you, and you can even order them in an advantageous bundle with both blu-rays. I Predatori di Atlantide / Raiders of Atlantis and I Guerrieri dell'anno 2072 / Warriors of the Year 2072 are also making back on blu-ray, and can be ordered as a bundle. And Endgame Bronx Lotta Finale also comes in single blu-ray edition: over these last few weekk, the last remaining blu-ray/DVD combos are gone. Enzo G.
