Our products 1. jerseys The brand's first road jersey, the g.one jersey (for "generation one") was designed with you in mind. the design______________________ it's a tribute to the French painter Pierre Soulages: the choice of major colors is a nod to his work on black initiated in the depths of a night in the middle of the 20th century, as well as to the translucent white he chose for the stained glass windows of the abbey church of Conques. these 2 ubiquitous shades are completed by neon violet and "mood indigo" both coming from the depths of the universe; these 2 violets constitute the crossing point between the invisible and one of the 2 extremities of the visible spectrum. the broken horizontal line that splits the torso represents the horizon, the one that invites us to take the road and the one that animates us inside. this horizon line is broken to signify, on the one hand, the gap between the idea that one has of a destination and its "lived reality" and, on the other hand, the earth… beat ;). the fabric inserts whose colors and patterns bring subtle variations in appearance while playing their technical role. _______________________________________fabrics made in France, in Ardèche, by a company that supplies the most famous World Tour teams, fabrics have the unique feature of being woven using a method that allows them to be almost 10x more resistant to abrasions than the average . this choice of fabric perfectly meets the objective of making our road jerseys as durable as possible. all fabrics are OEKOTEX 100 and UV30+/50+ certified size guide_____________________________ the jersey has got a fitted cut and the fabrics make it comfortable, we've built it so that you can opt for the size you wear on a daily basis. if you like your jersey to give you that race feeling, then we recommend you order the size below what you're wearing on a daily basis. also be sure to take into account the length of the zips indicated below, you will see that an M and an L are the same length, therefore nothing to fear when going down a size to have this feeling of second skin! on the contrary, if you like to wear your outfits slightly looser, be sure to order 1 or 2 sizes above your usual size, or simply follow what is indicated on the size guide below. in any case, if upon receipt of your order, you notice that the product is not suitable, you will be offered a free exchange. 2. bib shorts__________________________________ Resulting from the same co-creation process as the jersey, these road bib shorts are an excellent compromise between comfort and performance. design_______________________________________ deliberately minimalist, it allows you to adapt the necessary thicknesses on the bust according to the weather conditions. the choice of black is both deliberate to match the jersey's but also the consequence of the functioning of the textile industry which imposes very high minimum quantities when going for custom colors. at the stage we're at, we're playing it safe with the black but be sure that if everything goes as we wish, there'll be more dramatic hues in the future ! the suspenders are extremely comfortable, they are printed in off white during the assembly phase to recall the off white of the "vitrail" jersey. the mesh part on the belly has been chosen for its technical characteristics (lightness, breathable and soft) as well as for the pattern it offers: its stripes reminiscent of both certain patterns in Pierre Soulages' paintings and the "barlotières" of his stained glass windows in the abbey of Conques. _____________________________________fabrics here, fabric is at the service of the effort: it takes a few kilometers and warmed up muscles to feel the firm and elastic response of the fabric... to increase comfort without adding too much material, we have chosen a striped black mesh made in Rhône Alpes for the waistline. you will appreciate its softness and elasticity. the suspenders are inserted in 2 places: a grip in the main fabric and another in the mesh that goes around the waist, so the suspenders tension is dampened by the elasticity of the mesh and does not pull on the main fabric of the shorts. they cross in the back, where a reinforcement comes to ensure the junction seam. as for the chamois, we have selected the top of the range from La Fonte (Italy), whether it is the Zénith Gold for the gentlemen or the Betha Gold, for you ladies, La Fonte has designed this chamois for long rides (+8 hours), with 4 layers and a 140kg/m3 foam for a total thickness of 14mm. coquetry prompted us to mold the brand's monogram there :) size & fit____________________________________ cuts are adjusted and the main material is noticeably more compressive than what you usually find on the market. it is very comfortable but the first minutes before getting in the saddle can be surprising, therefore, depending on your thigh circumference, you may want to go for a size above your usual size, especially girls (tester feedbacks). unisex commuter sweatshirt ___________________ this sweatshirt was born from an encounter with Isabelle Malterre and Laurent Malterre, her father-in-law, who runs the eponymous company that has been based in Moreuil (west of Amiens, France) for 4 generations. after chatting with them, we wanted to highlight their history and their know-how. for our needs, they agreed to develop a unique fleece, in unbrushed organic cotton (without the down effect inside) of 380 grams per square meter. together, we decided that this fabric would not be dyed in order to avoid a step which, although controlled and respecting French standards, consumes water, energy and solvents. this sweatshirt has a few useful features when cycling in town : for example, we have added a zipped pocket to the back and applied retro-reflective fabric in the shape of the brand's monogram for increased visibility. moreover, the back is slightly longer than the front so when you are on the bike, your back is covered even when going full gas !
