Reprise Éthylo: Cocktails, Spirits and Food

WHO AM I: My name is Harouna. Along with my partner, Karoline, we founded "Life is Beautiful," a concept that brings together a cocktail bar, a spirits boutique, and a workshop for cocktail crafting and tasting in 3 different locations. Cocktails and everything else are, for me, a means to create this connection. My goal is to provide you with a complete experience, stimulating all your senses in a friendly and warm atmosphere. I would like to take over the Éthylo cocktail bar. I am a Schaerbeek resident and have been coming to this bar since its opening five years ago. I invite you to help me in taking it over. I want to maintain the quality offering and the 'neighborhood bar' atmosphere while adding my personal touch. THE PROJECT: It will be our warm refuge, a place where the welcoming atmosphere meets conviviality. Picture a gentle ambiance, with plush seating and décor inspired by nature and the nearby Josaphat Park. It's an intimate space, designed for shared moments and memorable encounters. The menu, carefully crafted and inspired by nature, offers a variety of beverages and small bites to suit every taste. I want to create a bar where each visit gives you the feeling of coming home.
