FORGOTTEN PEOPLE / KEGREA

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>For over a decade, I roam forgotten places away from prying eyes&nbsp;: closed plants, abandoned houses, hospitals or schools, always looking for new things to discover. I experience rushes of adrenaline in each of these time capsules and I feel like I have to immortalise through photography and painting what those places full of history inspire me.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The film photos I find there, I interpret them through painting.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Through my work, I try to pay tribute to forgotten people, who were left behind, and whose souvenirs lie on the floor. For my purpose is simple&nbsp;: to paint moments of life to make sure that they will last, as a duty to remember.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
