<p><strong>Who are we ?</strong></p>
<p>Born in 2010, <em>Fulgurances </em>is a platform dedicated to contemporary cuisine that includes a restaurant / chef residency program in Paris, a culinary events agency, and a magazine called "Itineraries of contemporary cuisine". </p>
<p><strong>Our first magazine "Itineraries of contemporary cuisine" </strong></p>
<p>Through this first magazine, we wanted to tell the tales of the people who make the culinary world such a fascinating and moving adventure. Whether they are cooks, producers or artisans, they all have a path, a story, a flaw, an environment.</p>
<p>We painted the portraits of the these men and women with our words, and left an important place to our photographers, also from all around the world, and their vagabond and independent eyes. </p>

<p><strong>Why a new magazine ? </strong></p>
<p>After 4 issues of "Itineraries of contemporary cuisine", 40 thrilling portraits, and just as many trips around the world, the time has come for us to imagine a new format, less rigid, and more dynamic and exciting. </p>
<p>Our development has made it important for us today to name everything that we create Fulgurances. We are identified as Fulgurances, we are going to expand abroad, so it's time to wipe the slate clean and re-create a new object under our own name.</p>
<p>For the layout, our graphic designers and artistic director are more enthusiastic and free than ever, as well as our journalists and contributors ! </p>
<p><strong>To make your mouth water...</strong></p>
<p>In this new magazine, you will travel to the wonderful world of Vespertine restaurant in Los Angeles, meet the fantastic May Chow in Hong Kong, escape to Scotland's lush landscapes surrounding the superb restaurant Inver, hear the fascinating tale of the great Pierre Overnoy, the natural wine legend in Jura, and wander around New York City through our city guide.</p>
<p>The collected funds will cover half of the costs linked to the production of the magazine </p>
