Le FLATTA, FESTIVAL LAND ART à TANGER
<p style="text-align:center">Fort du succès de la 1ère édition, avec 10 artistes marocains, <strong>20 installations Land Art exposées en forêt</strong>, plus d'un millier de visiteurs ainsi que nos ateliers pédagogiques pour <strong>plus de 500 enfants défavorisés</strong>, le FLATTA 2017 a posé les « premières branches » de l’Art Nature au Maroc comme un moyen d’expression artistique et pédagogique ouvert à tous.</p>

<p style="text-align:center">Le FLATTA 2018 souhaite pérenniser l'implantation de ce nouveau mode d’expression dans les espaces naturels du Nord Maroc comme moyen de valorisation et de respect de l’environnement.</p>
<p style="text-align:center"><strong>12 artistes marocains ont déjà été sélectionnés </strong>(parmi 60 candidats) après un appel à projet national.</p>

<p style="text-align:center"><strong>En symbiose avec la nature, les artistes réalisent des œuvres en lien étroit avec les paysages du RIF pendant que les plus jeunes découvrent la nature sous un angle nouveau.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align:center">Tous les 15 jours, Le FLATTA 2018 organisera des happenings et des visites guidées pour donner à voir des œuvres d’art plastique Land Art au grand public.</p>
<p style="text-align:center">Le festival proposera aux associations des ateliers pédagogiques et des actions citoyennes à destination des adultes et des enfants des écoles.</p>

<p style="text-align:center">Chaque mois, pendant la résidence FLATTA, 3 à 4 artistes réalisent leurs projets et exposent en forêt.</p>

<p style="text-align:center"><strong>Les ORGANISATEURS</strong></p>
<p>Le FLATTA est organisé sous forme collaborative avec plusieurs entités dédiées au actions Sociales et Culturelles dans le Nord du Maroc.</p>
<p><strong>OUED COMMUNICATIONS</strong>, agence de communication spécialisée depuis 5 ans dans l’organisation d’Events culturels et artistiques.</p>
<p><strong>ZANKA 90 pour la Culture</strong>, Association/plateforme de coopération et d'échange au service de porteurs de projet à Tanger : manifestations artistiques, sportives ou sociales au cœur de la ville. Son objectif majeur est de développer l’esprit d'émancipation, le développement personnel, l’esprit d’initiative et l'entrepreneuriat à travers la mise en place de manifestations culturelles.</p>
<p><strong>DARNA</strong> , Centre Culturel d’Initiatives Citoyennes fondée en 1995 – s’est donnée comme mission, de former et d’insérer des enfants, des adolescents et des femmes en situation d’exclusion à Tanger. Avec 5 structures d’accueil, l'assocation assure le suivi professionnel, familial et médical pour aider les bénéficiaires à construire leur projet de vie.</p>

<p>Building on the success of the 1st edition, with the exhibition of 10 Moroccan artists, 20 “Land Art” installations exposed in the forest for thousands of visitors and the organization of educational workshops for more than 500 disadvantaged children.</p>
<p>The “LAND ART FESTIVAL” of TANGIER-TETOUAN-AL HOCEIMA want to promote this way of expression as a strong tool to preserve the environment.</p>
<p> The FLATTA 2018 wish to perpetuate the implantation of this new mode of expression in the natural areas of North Morocco as a means of valorization and respect for the environment.</p>
<p>In relation to nature, artists create artworks in close connection with the landscapes of the RIF mountains and the youngest public discover the nature and arts.</p>
<p>In contrast to the many Land Art trails in Europe, visitors have free access to exhibitions and workshops.</p>
<p>Every 15 days, the FLATTA 2018 will organize happenings, guided tours to show the artistic works and will propose educational workshops for children to associations and schools.</p>

<p><strong>WHY FLATTA?</strong></p>
<p><strong>The Land Art Festival responds to several specific findings in Northern Morocco:</strong></p>
<p>- A region in full economic expansion, and therefore a galloping urbanization</p>
<p>- A wild and beautiful nature, but under valued</p>
<p>- Rareness of expression spaces for visual artists</p>
<p>- A playful way for education to environment respect </p>
<p><strong>An Artistic, Ecological, Cultural, Social and Environmental project.</strong></p>

<p>The FLATTA 2018 works exclusively with Moroccan artists and the exhibitions will take place at : “Forêt du Parc Perdicaris “ in Tangier.</p>
<p>To do this, the FLATTA wishes to organize from September to Décember the following actions :</p>
<p> Artist Residency / Exhibitions of Art Nature LAND ART artworks</p>
<p>Educational workshops in the forest / Hiking and guided tours</p>
<p>Photo- Exhibition / an implicit communication campaign</p>
<p>Through the land art, The FLATTA aims to sensitize the Moroccan public to contemporary art, artistic creation and ecological issues.</p>
<p>The use of noble and natural materials will be favored to enhance artistic creation.</p>
<p>As a matter of principle, the artworks will evolve over time until they are biodegraded: the Land Art is therefore part of a temporality, questioning our relation to ephemeral, durability, fragility and strength of Mother Nature.</p>
<p>Throughout the world, Land Art has made it possible to develop creativity, encourage observation of the environment, understanding the plants, minerals or animals and thus learn to respect the resources that <strong>NATURE</strong> offers us.</p>

<p><strong>Main Objectives and Concrete Actions : </strong></p>
<p>To open new spaces of creation in nature.To organize Land Art exhibitions in Tangier “Perdicaris Park” and artistic performances on the beaches and in the forests of the area.To sensitize the greatest number to the respect of the environment with fun and participative animations; Educational workshops for children, Guided tours with artists and botanists.To create partnerships with local associations : cleaning of waste in the forest and awareness campaigns against forest fires</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;"><strong>The FLATTA 2018 wishes to use Land Art as a means of promoting and respecting the environment.</strong></h2>
<p>During 4 months, 12 Moroccan artists will exhibit in the Parc Perdicaris of Tangier and educational or civic actions will be organize with the partnership of the associations (Workshop land art, Cleaning the forest, guided tours ...)</p>

<p><strong>POURQUOI LE FLATTA ? </strong></p>
<p>Le Festival Land Art, répond à plusieurs constatations spécifiques au Nord du Maroc :</p>
<p>- Une région en pleine expansion économique, et donc une urbanisation galopante</p>
<p>- Une nature sauvage et magnifique, mais trop peu valorisée</p>
<p>- Des espaces d’expression très rares pour les artistes plasticiens</p>
<p>- Une éducation indispensable au respect de l’environnement et notamment dans les espaces naturels</p>
