Le Kombucha Kanopé: La boisson probiotique produite en Vallée de Chevreuse
<p><strong>THE CREATOR</strong></p>
<p>Hello all, my name is Aurélien, I am 27 and I love travelling. I studied and lived a bit everywhere but it is in South Africa that I discovered Kombucha! A probiotic drink that does good to your body. </p>
<p><strong>THE IDEA</strong></p>
<p>Back in France, the idea is to launch a kombucha brand, a drink not well known in this country. Its taste and its medicinal values make it a real alternative to the classic sugar-saturated beverages.</p>
<p><strong>THE PROJECT</strong></p>
<p>We are settling in Vallée de Chevreuse, an innovative locality and authentic located in the Yvelines. The brewers, syrup makers and craftmen are deeply rooted here. The micro-brewery is based in Bonnelles, where an empty workshop allows us to freely lay out our production unit.</p>

<p>We are helped by the Natural Reserve of Haute Vallée de Chevreuse, mainly on the financial aspects of the project as well as our involvement in the local economical network.</p>
<p>A range of <strong>Classic</strong> <strong>Kombucha </strong>will be composed of three recipes based on organic green tea, sugar cane and the famous superfoods (tumeric, ginger, pomegranate, etc...).</p>
<p>For the moment, it is home made:</p>

<p>A range of <strong>Premium Kombucha </strong>will be composed of three recipes on the same base but with more local ingredients with the aim of reviving forgotten medicinal ingredients produced in France.</p>

<p><strong>THE SCENARIO</strong></p>
<p>The personal investment already engaged is around 15 000 euros allowed us to focus on:</p>
<p>The <strong>refurbishing of the workshop</strong> (Epoxy resin on the ground, wall painting, tiling) --> We do almost everything ourselves!</p>

<p><strong>Industrial equipment of the brewery </strong>(tanks,<strong> </strong>capsules, bottling machine, sticking machine, industrial boiler, fridge, stainless table).</p>
<p><strong>5 000 euros</strong> amount that we would like to raise with your help:</p>
<p>*Buy the <strong>first raw materials</strong> to test the recipes and first months of production: Sugar (100kgs), Spices (500 euros of initial budget), Tea (2 kgs). *Buy the <strong>complete</strong> <strong>packaging</strong>: empty bottles (palet/3600 units), caps (5500 units), stickers (3000 units)</p>
<p>If we reach <strong>7 500 euros, </strong>we ll be able to invest in:</p>
<p>*A <strong>cold room</strong> allowing a relevant storage volume. *An <strong>advertisement campaign</strong> in the center of Paris in collaboration with the partner shops.</p>
<p>If we reach <strong>10 000 euros</strong>, we will be able to add to the previous investment:</p>
<p>*A <strong>refrigerated vehicle</strong> allowing a relevant commercial campaign and a presence on the markets and fairs.</p>
<p>If we reach <strong>12 000 euros</strong>:</p>
<p>*Renting of our first <strong>market spot in Paris. </strong>*The<strong> financing </strong>of our <strong>first fair event.</strong></p>
