Are you dreaming of getting a tasty snack there at any time of the day? --- Help the Chicag’ Hostel to open its own little restaurant and soon you’ll enjoy there cold and warm snacks, sandwiches, pastry, breakfast and brunch, everything prepared with fresh local ingredients, every day of the week!</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>What is the Chicag' Hostel ?  </strong></p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> The Chicag’ Hostel is a <strong>backpacker’s hostel</strong> which was opened in the old centre of Toulon in May 2013 having an ambitious aim: to participate in the <strong>revivification of this lovely quarter by bringing the international travelers together with the locals, just as diversified as the others.</strong> To reach this goal, the <strong>Chicag’ is organizing and hosting a lot of culture events</strong> such as concerts, movie nights with local artists, flea markets etc. So, within just one and a half years, the Chicag’ has already become an<strong> incontournable meeting spot for all kind of multicultural exchanges in the heart of old Toulon!</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p>  </p> <p dir="ltr"> <img height="167px;" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/GjnAX2hVfjRE3mVjdQRnUBnyNISa_2SwiKTw86PGjC6-KAkqPwKSEJC3WYpUTyHc8Y_qghtKKbr2i6luIhtDBJ-hRaT3KmnPjwLjc2OhZg8LgTBiaRtRG4nhIPotmy2Xjw" width="624px;"></p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p> It was two years ago in 2012 that we, Clara and Björn, fell in love with the charming old centre of Toulon. <strong>Our ambition to diversify the local hotel offers in a way that the city will become more attractive to backpackers</strong> travelling on a lower budget led us to the decision to open a hostel. Today, the Chicag’ is able to offer space for 21 travelers in 4 individually designed shared bedrooms. On the ground floor our flourishing café welcomes anyone passing by, locals and travelers, as a tearoom in daytime, a bar in nighttime when there’s an event going on and at all time of the day as <strong>a meeting point for many different people. </strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> Aiming to connect the travelers with the local life, we always update them with the newest informations about all cultural activities in Toulon as well as about everything organized by the citizens’ group of the quarter.   </p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>A well equipped kitchen with a nice and welcoming ambiance offers</strong> our guests the opportunity to prepare their own meals, probably bought on a trip on the local market in the neighborhood ;)</p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>Why do we need your help?</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> We want to create a new feature inside of the Chicag‘, improving the time for all the people who love to stay there  -  a restaurant. Maybe it’s too ambitious to call it a “restaurant”, let’s call it a” snack bar”,<strong> a place where you can enjoy delicious little plates and fresh finger food, all made of local products, served all day long without a break. </strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> Because today, more and more travelers and locals would love to eat in the special ambiance of the Chicag’.
