It took us two years to mature the different aspects of the brand we had imagined, and find the right suppliers to allow us to achieve the combinations we wanted. We also spent 3 months in Hawaii last year to perfect our knowledge about "custom sizing" (custom-made) in diving suit manufacturing workshops. We therefore call on you today to finance the production of our first series collection but also to continue to manufacture our custom-made combinations. This collection will be marketed in spring 2023 and you can discover it at the same time as our site leowetsuits.com in May. THE BENEFITS OF TAILOR-MADE Custom wetsuits are warmer and more comfortable than standard size wetsuits because they are cut to the perfect size for your morphology. A wetsuit made in a personalized way also increases the resistance and durability of it as well as adding certain accessories according to your needs (pockets, reinforcements, etc.). You can also choose options such as the color and type of neoprene or the color of the zipper. However, we also have standard sizes because there are of course people that are very suitable for these sizes. If you are a beginner, you surf occasionally or you just don’t need a custom fitting, we have more affordable wetsuits in the following sizes: S, M, MT, L, LT, XL. (MT and LT are M and L templates for tall people) WE USE ONLY THE BEST ! Yamamoto Limestone neoprene comes from the limestone of Niigata in Japan. Originally, this limestone comes from the magma of a volcano near Hawaii that poured into the ocean 80 million years ago. Unlike most petroleum-based neoprenes, Yamamoto’s organic neoprene is environmentally friendly and consists of 99.7% calcium carbonate. Yamamoto bio neoprene is characterized by a uniform closed cell structure that gives it superior qualities to other neoprenes. Indeed, it is more resistant to water, lighter, warmer, more stretchy, it is more resistant to water pressure. Its characteristics are essential to a high-end combination. This natural organic neoprene is unique in the world: Regularity of the density of the neoprene (better isotherm, better buoyancy, no crushing of the material) Elasticity close to that of the skin, giving incomparable comfort Durability because there is no physical and chemical change of the neoprene Not harmful, also known for being respectful of skin and health OUR PRODUCTS The Summer Top (2mm) The summer top with a half zipper in the back allowing to put it on easily and causing no discomfort. The Summer Jacket (2mm) The summer jacket with a zipper at the front making it easy to put on. The Short John (2mm) The farmer john with short leg and a back closure or a shoulder closure with a velcro for custom models. The Spring Suit (2mm) The long-sleeved shorty, composed of 80% smooth skin, waterproof to the wind and dry instantly. The Women Spring Suit (2mm) Women's long-sleeved shorty, made of 80% smooth skin, windproof and instantly dry material. The Full Suit (3mm) The 3mm full suit is also composed of 80% smooth skin, it will give you an incomparable freedom of movement to a standard wetsuit while keeping you warm during the winter. MADE IN FRANCE Our wetsuits are made in our workshop in Bidart, in the French Basque Country. In addition, we strive to work with as many French suppliers as possible for the accessories and materials used on our wetsuits.
