Administrative worries have arisen, Problems that we had not anticipated, Fate has decided and everything has been lost. That’s why we need you, to help us reopen these doors, to recreate this atmosphere, this flavor, And to share these moments so strong. Each donation is a step forward, Each contribution is a drop of water, Which can form a river, a stream, an ocean And allow us to realize this beautiful project. Because GYNZA is not just a place, It’s a place of sharing, conviviality and encounters, It’s a story of love and passion, And we hope with all our heart that you will be part of this rebirth. Dear customers and gourmet friends, During our closure, we worked hard to find a solution to our problems, unfortunately, it did not work out, and we had to end our lease agreement. The post Covid period only weakened our cash flow and worsened our financial situation. Despite these difficulties, we are determined to reopen our restaurant and offer our customers the same authentic Japanese culinary experience they have known and enjoyed. However, we are convinced that our restaurant deserves to be saved. Our passion for authentic Japanese cuisine and our commitment to our customers have always been our top priority. That’s why we decided to launch a crowdfunding campaign to help us reopen our restaurant. We chose crowdfunding because we believe in the power of the community to support projects that are worth it.
