Dear KissKissBankBank contributors!   I hope you had a nice summer vacation! :-)   Here are some festival news regarding our film "André Villers, A Lifetime in Images"!   After premiering the film at the Sonoma International Film Festival in April, it has been selected to the Fine Art Film Festival in Venice, California in May 2016.   And in July 2016, we have had the pleasure and the privilege to be selected in competition at 3 international film festivals!!  * CAYFILM Cayman Island International Film Festival: <a href="http://" target="_blank">http://cayfilm.com</a>  * MELBOURNE DOCUMENTARY FILM FESTIVAL where our film has been awarded BEST ART DOCUMENTARY!!! To pay tribute to André Villers who passed away on April 1, 2016, we have organized a screening of the film in Cabris near Grasse in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. If you live in the area, you are more than welcome! If you have friends who live in the area, do not hesitate to invite them! Dear KissKissBankBank contributors, I am very happy to announce you that our film “André Villers, A Lifetime in Images” has been selected in the official competition at the SONOMA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL in California!!!!   <img alt="Sonoma_international_film_festival_official_selection_2016_logo-1458497272" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/293413/Sonoma_International_Film_Festival_Official_Selection_2016_logo-1458497272.jpg" /> We are very excited as this is the first festival we have been accepted to!!! The festival is taking place from March 30th till April 3rd 2016. The crew has been invited to Sonoma, we have accepted the invitation and we will be heading there!! :-) We’ll keep you posted directly from the festival! I want to take this opportunity to apologise for not having sent DVDs of the film yet, we had a lot of trouble because the company that was supposed to make the DVDs made mistakes and the DVDs were unreadable! Dear Kiss Kiss Bank Bank contributors!   The film on André VILLERS is definitely ready and I can't wait for you to discover it!   There will be a screening on Saturday November 29th 2014 at the cinéma Le Balzac in Paris starting at 11am.   For those who couldn't make it, there will be another screening in Prague on December 18. I will send you the details later on.   If you won't be able to go to any of those screening, let me know and I will send you the internet link of the film. I will send you all a high-quality DVD after the release of the film, sometime next year, precise date tbd. Also, don't hesitate to invite your friends, family or people who might be interested in seeing this film! Dear Kiss Kiss Bank Bank contributors!   I have great news for you: we have completed all post production work and we are proud to announce that we have a 60-minute film about André Villers!!   We have already started to send it to documentary film festivals, and we are now waiting for the answer!   There will be a screening in Prague and also one in Paris, I will give you an update on all that! We have finished the sound mix of our film at BEEP STUDIOS Prague!! It seems that some of you haven't been getting all my updates regarding the film so let me just fill you in by saying that we are very near finishing the film you've all been waiting for and you've all helped to raise money for!! There is quite a lot of things going on so please be patient for our next news very soon! Dear friends,   I am very happy to announce that thanks to all your contributions, we have raised 7337 €, that is 105% of the targeted amount!!!!! Woohoo!!!!! :-)))   The campaign was very exciting, nerve-wrecking at times but in the end thanks to you all we will be able to finish our documentary!!!   Thank you again!!!   I will keep you updated on the progress and let you know as soon as the film is finished (hopefully by the end of this year!!
