THIRD CONSTRUCTION STAGE: Assemble & Launching swings

Place the crossbeam assembly on top of the walkway cables. Insert of the suspenders into the interior predrilled holes. Bent the both short end of the suspenders to fixed it, and launch the swing along the cables. Continue these different steps for all crossbeams assemblies before decking installation begin.

FOURTH CONSTRUCTION STAGE: Grout cables tubes

On passive side, some members of team with local workers community mixed sand and cement to prepare the grout. A smart way is found for the sand cleaning process with the security Freyssinet's jacket.

Once the mixture is fluid, we poured it in the tubes to reduce the risk of corrosion. Effective simple method for properly fill the tube until it begins spilling out of the opening.

FIFTH CONSTRUCTION STAGE: Filling Abutment

Together, putting the stones on the foundation. We will to it hand in hand. The third day, all of us are involved, fantastic job.

The day after, local community workers finalized the filling of the first abutment, and some children played with team members.

SIXTH CONSTRUCTION STAGE: Install Decking

All Team is hard at work to put the planks on both side of the bridge. Using the marks place on the wood crossbeam, place the center board first. Continue to align the edgeboards with the middle one in order to complete the full width of the deck. Drilling and fixing operations are done by power tools to ensure that planks are snuggly against the crossbeams.

Focus on the decking progress, 33 meters was done this day on a very hot sunshine to in! At this stage, we get a sag of 1,65m compared to first adjusted value of 1,50m.
