This money will be invested directly in the communication, because what is important for us today is to attract people to try our products. We are a young startup, we need to communicate about our products and touch a largest audience.</p>

If we earn until £3000 : </p>
<p>
- We will extend our range of products and we will propose you a rarer range of wines and cheeses.</p>
<p>
- we will buy some advertising space in a local newspaper in London such as « metro » and « the London paper ».</p>
<p>
- This money will be used also to work and innovate the packaging of our cheese box : 600 £. </p>

If we succed to go beyond £3000 : </p>
<p>
- Thanks to you we will create partnerships with other brands (beer...)</p>
<p>
- We will reinforce our logistic (2000£).</p>

And if we overtake easily the amount of departure, we have the project to develop one smartphone app ( IOS and Android ). </p>

<strong>Some risks and challenges : </strong></p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Main risk is about carrying out from France. Cheese is a fresh product and refrigerated box cannot stay too long in hot warehouse or truck. Delivery system must be fast and reliable. We have chosen one of the best actor of the market (DHL), who guarantees 24 hours delivery and the refrigerated box maintain appropriate cheese temperature during 48 hours. </p>

Main challenge is to convince Britannic market that our offer is serious, of a very high quality and we fit with their wishes in term of testing (and tasting) very good French cheeses and wine and combinations we propose. We have sourcing and logistics capabilities to deliver and we have acquire a pretty good experience in managing Web based sales and communication in French environment.</p>

1 -How do you send the cheese to keep it fresh?</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
We worked on an isothermal package with cooling gel that guarantee a good preservation, and we found the fastest delivery service we could (The cheese stays only 24hours out of our Cheese Shop).</p>

2 - How is going my subscription ? Can we choose the cheeses and the wines we receive every month?</p>
<p>
</p>

No, we select for you to discover new products. The products are selected by our experts. We focus on the quality to delight our subscribers. Our cheese refiners select for you 4 tasty cheeses and Franck THOMAS, our best sommelier, select 3 trendy wines.</p>

3 - From where do you get your products?</p>
<p>
Our cheeses are selected by two passionate and experts on all kinds of cheese, Laurent and Sebastian, two artisan cheese refiners in Brittany. They select cheese from small producters they met and loved (from France and sometimes from Italy, Belgium…). Our wines are mainly sourced in France.</p>

4 - How do you select the wines? And the cheeses every month? </p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
From classical cheese to very rare varieties, our artisan cheese refiners, Sébastien Allo et Laurent Gallais, select and age products from the best producers with passion.</p>
<p>
Regarding to the wines, Franck selects with us craft wines that may delight our subscribers. We focus on the pleasure to discover artisan winemakers.</p>

5 - If we take a subscription, when do we receive the first box?</p>
<p>
You will get the wine between the 7th and the 15th of the next month, and the cheese around the 20th of the next month.</p>
