Veganism is a philosophy based on the rejection of animal exploitation, its application in the culinary field opens the doors of the vegan diet: all our pastries and drinks are composed exclusively of herbal ingredients!

It is also a solution for people with lactose intolerance. They can dine in our café without fear!

We will offer a great variety of cakes that will be available to order. Also, we will be at your disposal to make custom cakes.

Cloud Cakes project began on Vegan place in Paris, organized by the Association L214 Ethics & Animals. From our first booth we were complimented on our flagship pastries: cupcakes. Subsequently, we expanded our offer by including squeezed juices, carrot cakes, cheesecakes, cake pops, etc. !

On our booth, we were hearing the same sentence: "Where is your shop?", "When do you open?". Yet the idea of Cloud Cakes was barely latent in our minds! (and we did not even communicate on the subject).

Aelita and Olivier: we are a young Parisian couple, vegans for several years!

Aelita is an architect, nothing to do with pastry, then! Yet passionate of vegan cooking, she decided with Olivier to embark on this adventure. Cloud Cakes is more than just a project, it is an ambition to create a place in keeping with our convictions and our passion!

Oliver, meanwhile, holds a master in computer security: the idea of opening a Vegan Coffee Shop was obvious! ;-) In his former life, he worked as assistant manager at the security of computer systems in several hospitals near Paris.

Rest assured: our skills are quite adequate to launch Cloud Cakes! Self didactes, we also follow the culinary training and business management as required. Moreover, we also have good contacts for the project! In fact, it only needs you to bring your stone to the building!

Today, we have already written the menu of Cloud Cakes broadly. Our recipes have been developed by our chief, and approved by the public with many positive feedbacks! The next step is passing the SCAE Barista Certification (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe).

All cow's milk-based recipes are adaptable, thanks to a new range of vegetable milks for baristas, addressed to professionals. We want to produce the best vegan coffee in town!

On the occasion of the Day of animals, we had the pleasure of preparing tiny cute cupcakes for an association that is worth it: L214 Ethics & Animals. The aim was to show the public vegan pastry: mini pizza cupcakes, cupcakes with mushrooms and sunflower seeds, almond cupcakes, lemon, chocolate!

Yes, it is possible to make delicious cakes without eggs or milk! A successful bet!

The "Vegan Place" are events organized by L214, taking place in several cities in France (Paris, Lille, Lyon, Amiens, etc.). Bringing together different actors implied in the promotion of veganism (associations, shops, tasting stands, information stands), their goal is to show the public what veganism is.

It is with Vegan Places we made our beginning, first as Cupcakes Laboratory name we then changed to Cloud Cakes. Thank L214 for the organization of these events, which have enabled us to embark on the restoration.

Heart and soul: a day of conferences on animal matter held in the house of the citizen of Fontenay-sous-Bois, by the association's "night with a mosquito". We prepared complete menus for speakers and lecturers (committed artists, philosophers, writers, nutritionists, ...).
