<p>A small team of volunteers continues to work on Gryyym, to make the best possible anthology. Corrections, translations, layout, working sessions with the artists, that's what we're still dealing with. Some surprises, and this terrific addition to the crew : the great and incomparable Ashley Wood has decided to join us ! Even if we have not reached this level, he&nbsp;will be in Gryyym, illustrating Moorcock's short story! We're almost done, and some additional surprises cannot be revealed yet, but Gryyym will&nbsp;be beautiful! Thanks again for your patience, dear backers! <p>Hi,</p> <p>As you know, we were shaken by the Paypal bug that is now behind us: we have nevertheless lost precious time, of course, but we have also tried to fill all these inconveniences with happy surprises which, we think, you will fill with joy and horrifying pleasure.</p> <p>A point already on the progress of the work: almost all the Authors gave us their boards and their stories: We thus can start working on the layout and the graphic design of the famous Gryyym: we decided to remove the small supplement of tier 3 and enlarge the collection up to 200 pages even if the last levels have not been reached: all contributors gain and here is what you will be entitled to:</p> <p>One 200 pages Gryyym, hardcover binding !</p> <p>Some authors have been added and we welcome them with great pleasure; and not least: first of all MICHAEL MOORCOCK: yes you read that well: MICHAEL MOORCOCK will be in Gryyym with a new unpublished Jerry Cornélius short story, written especially for Gryyym!</p> <p>The writer Thibault VERMOT also gave us a short fantastic text which is illustrated by Justine GASQUET!</p> <p>Some drawings by Jerome Barbosa and Framax illustrate the collection of their phantasmagoria!</p> <p>Early Ghouls are managed by Grégory Maklès and his team: Lente Chris, Framax and Joseph Lacroix! <p>« THE GRENADE GARDEN Une histoire de Jerry Cornelius par Michael Moorcock 1. AVEC SON GAMBISON matelassé et son casque mongol, Jerry semblait tout droit sorti d'une horde oubliée du XIXème siècle, si ce n'est les cartouchières de 9mm qui zébraient son corps, l'AK-47 avec sa crosse bien polie en travers de son dos et la ceinture de chargeurs autour de sa taille. Ses autres armes, un lance-roquette RPG et un cimeterre courbe, pendaient à ses côtés. Jerry avait, comme les Cosaques avant lui, adopté les costumes et les coutumes de ses ennemis traditionnels. Sa manière de monter son petit cheval énergique était directement emprunté aux Ouzbeks. C'était le secret de la survie à l'ère du branding instantané. Le premier à changer d'identité avait gagné le combat. "Oh, merde. Regarde ça !" Sa sœur Cathy, vêtue de façon similaire, pointait l'index vers l'avant. Quatre chars d’assauts chinois étaient apparus dans les contreforts de l'Everest. Ils avaient espéré qu'on viendrait les rapatrier en haut de la montagne. Derrière Jerry, sa horde, dégoulinante et puant l'huile à canon, s'agitait mal à l'aise et scrutait le ciel. ...» A suivre et à paraître dans le magazine GRYYYM n°1. Non, vous ne rêvez pas, il y aura bien une nouvelle inédite de Michael Moorcock dans Gryyym. Initialement prévue pour le sommet des paliers et non validée, nous ne pouvions nous résoudre à y renoncer. La mauvaise nouvelle est que nous aurons du retard ! Nous tenons aussi à compter parmi nous les auteurs italiens du Troisième Palier ! </p> <p>Aujourd'hui, nous présentons une artiste de ce deuxième Palier : <strong>Peggy Ann Mourot.</strong> Une artiste à part. Gryyym est plus que jamais l'éclectisme, la diversité des approches artistiques. </p> <p><em>Peggy Ann Mourot est une artiste peintre et illustratrice française née en 1973. Elle voue une affection particulière aux textures tant visuelles que sonores, la musique étant très étroitement liée à sa manière de créer, de vivre. Mais la musique peut tout aussi bien être silence. Seule compte l'écoute. Elle manie principalement le noir, aime y faire poindre la lumière. Il lui arrive néanmoins de plonger dans la couleur mais souvent de manière monochrome ou presque. Si elle voit dans la couleur une possible dimension narrative et émotionnelle, son obsession reste toujours la lumière. Celle qui filtre, qui pointe, se reflète, s'accroche désespérément ou lascivement aux aspérités, raconte. Comme la main sur la roche, le pied qui glisse sur le plancher, le son qui blesse ou apaise selon, la peau, et bien sûr le papier. LES papiers. Sur lesquels elle aime tout particulièrement peindre et aussi voir ses dessins, accompagnant et accompagnés de textes. Son passif de libraire n'est sans doute pas étranger à ce goût prononcé. <p>As you know, Gryyym has decided to offer in some rewards the illustration of Nicolas Nemiri for Gryyym as an Ex-libris! Nicolas Nemiri sent us his great drawing, and we have to share it with you !</p> <p>Virtuoso artist, internationally famous, Nicolas Nemiri lives in Asia. His latest Artbook was released by Superani last year. <p>Thanks to you, we're almost at 75%! We're getting closer to the achievement of this project that took us a year to prepare for those who - like us - have responded to the Call of Cthulhu! </p> <p>This original drawing by Patrick Pion is now available in the rewards! </p> <p>It is a drawing of Cthulhu inspired by the writings of the famous writer H.P. Lovecraft. Indeed, for Gryyym, Patrick Pion has designed an exceptional portfolio box: 30 black and white drawings measuring 12 cm by 12 cm in a limited edition signed "Cthulhu box" collector, of which here is one of the original (and certainly one of the most beautiful) ink drawings on 21x29.7cm paper. </p> <p>Patrick Pion is an illustrator and comic book artist well known to Lovecraft fans. He has made many drawings and albums inspired by the universe of the American master of fantasy and horror. Gryyym could not do without such artistic involvement. The "Cthulhu" Box is certainly the most Gryyymic object of this campaign, and the most lovecraftian too. For those who love this universe this a good way to behold such a display of drawings without ruining themselves. Thanks to your donations and your support, on the social networks and with your personal contacts, we quickly exceeded the 50% of the first level which is the first step to see this terrible collective Gryyym!</p> <p>To celebrate the event, we decided to offer for sale, in the rewards, original works by artists involved in the GRYYYM project. We start with Maestro Jean-Paul Krassinsky, famous from the old Brittain to the borders of Eastern Siberia.
