Octophone

<p> Hi, polyps!</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> After some small setbacks, we&#39;re finally going to grab the last missing elements of our CDs next Monday. As promised, our sleeves were silk-screened by Olivier Bral in Lyon, and we cut, bent and glued them on our own. We will save the sleeve of your choice for you. <p> Hi everyone,</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> As of today, our mixes have been sent to equus.be, who will take care of mastering our songs. This is a great step forward in Octophone getting physical. Now we are looking forward to finishing the artwork and getting our first physical copies. <p> Hi everyone!</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> Now, we have no more doubts, Octophone is going to become a CD. And it&#39;s thanks to You! Congrats and many thanks!</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> I have spent some time in studio to adjust some vocals that were really annoying me. I&#39;m going to spend some time on mixing again, then we send the files to Mastering! We already know who&nbsp;should handle that, the guy is located in Bruxelles.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> We have also thought a bit about sleeves and artwork. We&#39;re going to do our best so that each sleeve is unique. The artwork is not really ready, but we start to know what we want to do, so now: back to work!</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> There is one last big interrogation. Do we press or print the CDs? For now, the advantage of pressing is not completely obvious. We have to order at least 300 cds, it&#39;s expensive and we are not sure that demand follows such requirements. You don&#39;t have to worry though, the cds will look professionnal anyway.... but if you really want us to press the cds, you can bring in as many people as possible! there are 10 days left for that!</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> Sprawling hugs and see you soon,</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> Pierre</p>
