この度は弊社Patinage Magazine の募金活動に ご参加いただきまして、 誠にありがとうございます。 皆様にご迷惑をおかけしたことを 心よりお詫び申し上げます。 フランスの弁護士と相談後、 弊社オリジナル商品（書籍、雑誌など）で の このような展開は 可能であると解釈しておりました。 日本のスケーターにスポットを当てた弊社オリジナル写真と 素晴らしい記事を掲載した出版物や書籍を 皆様のお手元にお届けできる機会でもございました。 返礼品（手帳やプリント写真）は この募金キャンペーンにだけ企画されており 弊社のウェブサイト上で販売される”商品”としての 取り扱いは一切ございません。 ご協力いただいた中で大変恐縮ですが、 KisskissBankBankの参加者全ての方々に このまま援助を継続していただくためには、 弊社発行の書籍、雑誌、デジタル版書籍への参加へと 移行をお願いしなければなりません。 今後も質の高いフィギュアスケート雑誌や Facebookでのデジタルコンテンツを維持・継続のために ご協力を宜しくお願い申し上げます。 誠に残念ではございますが、 日本のスケーターのプリント写真は 日本スケート連盟と各選手事務所の許可なしに 返礼品としてご提供することは不可能となりました。 現在、写真の正式使用許可を交渉中です。 もし契約が正式に成立した際には、 日本のファンの皆様のみならず、 フランスのファンの皆様にもご満足いただけるよう、 あらゆる選手を紹介する質の高い返礼品 （プリント写真や手帳)を ご用意したクラウドファンディングを 新たに展開したいと考えております。 尚、KissKissBankBankの返金方針は 返金手続き後３週間以内となっております。 個人差もございますので しばらくお待ちいただけるよう 宜しくお願い申し上げます。 ご不明な点やご質問などは、いつでも承りますので、 英語又はフランス語にてお申し付けください。 この度は著作権・肖像権に関して 弊社の見解と 各国の事情の違いにより ご迷惑をおかけしましたことは 大変申し訳ございません。 重ね重ねお詫び申し上げます。 Patinage Magazine 編集長 Xavier Debernis

Good morning, everyone. Don’t withdraw your contributions. continue to support us. We are in the process of resolving the problem with the people involved. No objects or photographs are sold using the images of Japanese skaters. Crowfunding has nothing to do with the image of skaters but only with the magazine.The right to the image of skaters is respected when it comes to a sports press publication because the photos are taken in the context of a competition.
