I bet after reading the word CHOCOLATE you already want to know more about us!

We are three sisters who need a bit of help with the opening of our first craft and family led chocolate lab and shop in Paris, where we will propose freshly home-made chocolates to you.

The dream team: a chocolate craftwoman, a retail manager and a graphic designer!

We always had the head in the stars, with the feet on the ground. The space and its stars inspire us. Our chocolate brand is so called URSA MAJOR, which is the Latin name for the famous big dipper constellation.

WE NEED YOU!

We are sure that just like us, you love chocolate! 9 persons out of 10 confess adoring chocolate, the 10th one is clearly a liar! So we want to share our crafty skills with you, thanks to a chocolate lab / shop based in the heart of Paris.

With our team of experts, friends and professionals, we are actually building a strong file to start soliciting some banks and get the needed finances in order to achieve our project. We also started our research for a retail space in neighbourhoods of Paris that we like.

WHY OUR CHOCOLATE LAB AND SHOP WILL BE DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS

We will greet you with a smile in our Parisian boutique! We will use fresh products for our ganaches and all our chocolates will be prepared on site, depending on season and demand. For our main produce, the cacao, we will be quite particular and will work with a family led company (Chocolaterie de l'Opéra) in order to have access to an exceptional selection.

We will be innovative in our chocolate creations, yet we will keep it at a fair price, to allow any kind of budget to enjoy our chocolates. We believe in a quality chocolate boutique, with a trendy spirit and fair prices.

OUR PRODUCTS

For your sweet tooth we will prepare grands crus bars, filled bars and bars with fruits / nuts fragments, ganaches and origin chocolate chips, also along the year, we will propose seasonal creations, like cute astronaut chocolate rabbits :)

Our master piece will be the solar system, made out of chocolate half spheres, filled with flavoured ganaches, including the 8 planets, the sun and the moon. Presented in a unique premium box, it will be the perfect gift for your loved ones or just to treat yourself!
