Berlin's Food inspires you !

<p dir="ltr"> <u><strong>How did the idea of the project "Berlin's Food inspires you" come to you?</strong></u></p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> It’s easy to explain how the project started: two passionate people with the spirit of initiative were brought to spend a couple of months in Berlin and were convinced of the benefactions of inspiration and experiences exchanges !</p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>Tell me a bit more about yourselves…</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p dir="ltr"> We are Clara and Guillaume and we have a keen interest in every kind of initiatives blooming we can observe around us. More specifically by those who allow people to <strong>evolve with their habits</strong>, in all kind of areas, in order to always get closer to what feels right in relation to their values.</p> <p dir="ltr"> Over the past few years, we participated to this multiplication by developing projects around food, mobility,... and have therefore gotten some <strong>experience</strong> out of it.  </p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> <img alt="Capture_d__cran_2014-06-29___4.40.10_pm" src="https://kkbb-production.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/project_image/image/104186/Capture_d__cran_2014-06-29___4.40.10_PM.png"></p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>Why did you specifically focus on food?</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> We think <strong>food is a central thematic</strong> ; it’s a daily need that happens more than once a day and characteristic of absolutely everyone.</p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> It’s a daily need that makes it the basics for anyone who’s looking for a more serene life, more coherent with its intuitions and who therefore desires to adapt their behavior towards their body and environment.</p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> Characteristic of any human being, in this way food opens us up to a great diversity of human exchanges.</p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> <img alt="Berlin1" src="https://kkbb-production.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/project_image/image/102228/Berlin1.jpg"></p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>Why is Berlin so interesting on the subject?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> Berlin is a very enthusiastic city where everything looks possible. It’s intriguing, attractive, and so it gathers a multitude of different kind of people and different kind of trends. We will meet their managers, analyze the way they work, discuss their development perspectives, etc.  </p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> In order to <strong>make you feel the inspiration</strong> out of those projects, we will describe to you the way we experienced it, we will analyze the project in relation with our food’s vision and we will suggest development's approaches or lines of thought for those who’d like to try it.</p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> This precious information will then be brought to you, <strong>for free, via our website</strong>, under the form of <strong>“information sheets”</strong>. Quite naturally, we look into certain projects if they match with one or many points of this vision.</p> <p dir="ltr">  </p> <p dir="ltr"> On one hand, we believe in a diet that <strong>brings what one body needs</strong>, considering it holistically and participating to his self-fulfillment by developing its senses, giving pleasure, etc.</p> <p>  </p> <p dir="ltr"> On the other hand, we believe in a diet that is <strong>careful of the environment</strong>.
