Dear Friends,   So here we are, this is the end of our kisskiss campaign, our SUCCESSFUL KISSKISS CAMPAIGN THANKS TO OUR GREAT DONORS !    We feel so grateful to you, our dear friends, for giving us a chance to implement our project. More than ever, we are working hard to stand up to your expectations!    We'll follow with receipts shortly. Costumes for our show!    Our company is extremely grateful to the City of Grenoble for giving us a unique opportunity to work with the Grenoble Theatre Costume Studio.   Maria Minulina Moreira, staging director:   During our first meeting with Mme Taleux and her colleagues, we did a kind of a bran-storming around our show costumes.    For example, to make the one of "the solitary man", a mysterious character who appears 3 times on the stage, Mme Taleux proposed to look for the inspiration in the art work of a German 20th century artist Joseph Beuys. Not a hazardous choice : Beuys, politically engaged artist, whose fate was marked by a number of fascinating events, developed the concept of  "Social Sculpture" (also called "expanded concept of art"). A concept of art that places the Human in the centre of  the artistic creation.   That's precisely what we're aiming for with our project ! Our theatre show "The way I loved. Chernobyl" tells the story of the accident through the story of an ordinary couple. Quite a task as this is actually a true story that we will have to tell in a theatrical way. We are extremely happy to announce that Alfredo Pena Vega, professor, lecturer and associate-researcher of the <a href="http://www.iiac.cnrs.fr/article44.html" target="_blank">Centre Edgar Morin of the EHESS</a> (School for the Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences)  will participate in our project events !   Why we're so excited about it   Maria Minulina Moreira, staging director : "Dr Pena Vega has been working on various themes concerning the Chernobyl accident for twenty years now. When we talked, he refused me to call him an expert and said he'd rather prefer to be referred as an observer, a researcher who can express his opinion on the matter. As for me, I am simply happy to be a part of the project that gives public a unique opportunity to discover some of the key points of Dr Pena Vega research concerning women-liquidators of the Chernobyl accident. We have some great news for you : thanks to our new partner, the NGO <a href="http://independentwho.org/fr/tracts-materiel-exposition/" target="_blank">INDEPENDENT WHO</a>, we'll be able to present the photo exhibition "Liquidators". Our public will discover portraits of those who worked on the Chernobyl Station in order to eliminate the accident impact and stop the spread of the nuclear contamination !   <img alt="Liquidateur-1463827990" src="https://djxmmoom3injc.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/319137/liquidateur-1463827990.png" />

Our theatre show has been selected by the theatre LE FOU in Lyon to be part of the <a href="http://www.balises-theatres.com/front/presentation.php" target="_blank">"Balises"</a> (french for Marks) operation!    <img alt="Logo_balises_rond-1463735696" src="https://djxmmoom3injc.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/318753/Logo_balises_rond-1463735696.png" />Operation "Balises" (MARKS)  : New operation promoting flagship theatre projects in the Lyon region .

We have some great news for you!    The théâtre de Ménilmontant is officially our partner for the presentations in Paris! These will take place in the "Laboratory" venue, name that perfectly matches with our show spirit!    Thus, you can come to see the show in Paris, Lyon and Saint Etienne. And of course we keep working in order to schedule our show in other cities!
