Le edizioni dell’etichetta presentano tutte copertine ad alto contenuto erotico oltre a un’alta qualità audio, tracce bonus e vibratori come gadget ‘a tema’. È pur sempre un film di Jesús Franco, lo stesso dello slasher “Bloody Moon” (1980). Sarà Ron a ritrovare Betsy, mentre Linda apparirà troppo ‘impegnata’ per rendersi conto dello spiacevole accaduto. Quasi a voler paragonare i suoi rapporti sessuali ‘normali’ con quelli perversi della sorella. Le immagini di “Die Nackten Superhexen Vom Rio Amore” scorrono senza particolari intoppi. Le carrellate lente. Le scene hot intriganti. Il compositore austriaco si cimenta in diciassette brani a metà strada tra psichedelia e disco. Da una parte echi prog rock, dall’altra elementi elettronici. Il risultato finale è godibile, in scia a quanto già ascoltato in “Sex Fever (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)” (2014), “The Pussycat Syndrome (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)” (2015) ed “Escape To Paradise (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)” (2016), ma lo score di “Die Nackten Superhexen Vom Rio Amore” sembra fondarsi non sul solito groove balearico perché, nel complesso, il ritmo risulta abbastanza disomogeneo.</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, 'Nimbus Sans', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;" />

Nel mezzo, smaccati rimandi brasiliani per alimentare l’atmosfera festosa. Nostalgica Disco Bar. I primi suoni elettronici impongono un netto cambio di tonalità. Mon Amour trasuda una certa sensualità. Il ricorso a una voce femminile l’espediente per innalzare anche il tasso melodico. Le percussioni le protagoniste della misteriosa Black Magic. Nel mezzo, la ripresa Titelthema (Version) con il flauto in primo piano e le percussioni da giungla di Voodoo Curse, senza sottovalutare la portata degli archi. Un riff rock lancia in orbita Need A Shot, l’unica traccia cantata di “Die Nackten Superhexen Vom Rio Amore”. Curiosa Temple Of Love, un momento di raccoglimento zen. Ottima la conclusione con Night Club. Detested by cinema’s elite and often derided by genre critics, Spanish filmmaker Jess Franco made a career out of pushing boundaries. With a prolific filmography that reads as one long fever dream, Franco made microbudget features that focused on the sexy and violent, with the occasional foray into porn.
